Epicurean classes are designed for the adventurous foodie in all of us. For beginners and experienced cooks alike, our hands-on classes offer practical and advanced techniques for making your own delicious creations, and help you build your culinary abilities.
During your class, imported cheese, pesto, baguettes, and infused beverages are served to enhance your culinary experience - these are included in the price of the class.
After your class, you are elgible for 50% off an Epicurean membership, which includes 5 complimentary bags of pasta throughout the year and 10% off all non-alcoholic purchases at our store.

Pasta 101: Pasta Fundamentals
Learn practical methods for making pasta at home without any special equipment. Rolled / ribons & ravioli. $59 per guest.
Pasta 102: Seasonal Infusion Pasta
Guests infuse pasta with fresh herbs. Make stained glass pasta and the unique croxetti stamp. $59 per guest.
Pasta 103: Shape Shifting
Learn the four classic filled pasta shapes - mezzaluna, ravioli, scarpinocc, capalletti. Choose from unique fillings. $59 per guest.
Pasta 104: The Fab Four
The Local Epicurean's sauce class - classic marinara, bechamel, basil pesto, puttanesca. $59 per guest.
Pasta 105: Extrusion Pasta
This class utilizes a KitchenAid stand mixer and extrusion attachments to create classic extruded pasta noodes - fusili, bucatini, rigatoni, macaroni. $59 per guest.

Mozzarella & Butter Making with Cheese-Tasting Lunch
Guests learn to make cheese curds and then learn through demonstration how to form cheese. In the 2nd portion of this class, learn to make butter from cream and infuse it with local, flavorful ingredients. During your class, enjoy a cheese tasting lunch of imported cheese, olives, fruit, baguette & crackers while sipping our infused beverage. $69.00 per guest.
A monthly event! Class includes a cheese of the month membership - try a new local or imported cheese each month for a full year. $49 for two guests.
Team Building Classes
Team building throught experience of the "food puzzle." Accommodates anywhere from 6 to 36 guests. Please call for details.
Learn the art of chocolate truffle making from an Epicurean chocolatier. Use unique ingredients to create your own custom truffles. Take home and enjoy your creations! $59 per guest.
Chocolate Lunch & Chocolate Truffle Class
Learn the art of chocolate truffle making while indulging on chocolate waffles & whipped cream, chocolate-dipped strawberries & chocolate-dipped blueberry cannolo while sipping our classic Cha-Co-lot specialty drink. Take home a dozen or more of your hand-made truffle creations per person. $69 per guest.

Brunch & Seasonal Ravioli
Learn the art of ravioli making using seasonal ingredients, and enjoy a delicious brunch featuring our house-made fresh gazpacho & organic garlic bread. Then enjoy a selection of our new piatta flatbreads smothered in pesto, chicken and fresh herbs. Afterward, indulge in our decadent chocolate dipped strawberries. Lunch & Pasta Class
Learn the art of making pasta and ravioli from scratch and enjoy a unique lunch prepared by Epicurean chefs to complement your pasta class. Start your meal with seasonal gazpacho and then indulge in our deluxe bruschetta topped with prosciutto & provolone, blue cheese & candied walnuts & fresh Caprese. Afterward, indulge in our chocolate dipped strawberries. $69 per guest.
Seasonal Gelato & Lunch Class
Guests learn to make gelato using local ingredients as well as a wide variety of nuts, chocolate & fruit. This class also features seasonal favorites of our favorite unique combinations. During this class guests enjoy a chef prepared lunch of gazpacho, piatta flatbreads topped with pesto and cheese & take home chocolate dipped berries. $69 per guest.

Pasta Class Schedule and General Info
Regular classes are Tuesday through Saturday at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., and 5 p.m. Each class runs between 60 and 90 minutes in length. For more information about dates and times for specific classes, please call 616-206-5175.
Private classes for 6-36 guests are also available by appointment - please ask us about group discounts.
